Two parties clashed during a night party going on in a hotel in Vasant Vihar area. There was a lot of abuse and scuffle between the two sides outside the hotel. During this, a young man took out a pistol and fired. The bullet hit the leg of a young man after hitting the floor. The injured youth has been admitted to the hospital. A party was going on late Sunday night in a hotel in Vasant Vihar area, in which some youth were local and some from Saharanpur. While dancing in the hotel, both the parties got into an argument over some issue. At that time the hotel staff somehow pacified him. After some time, both the parties came out of the hotel and started kicking and punching. Meanwhile, a young man took out a pistol and fired a bullet, which hit the leg of a young man. After this, the youth who fired the shot and his companions fled away. Vasant Vihar Police Station Head Mahadev Uniyal said that the injured youth has been identified as Abhas Chauhan, resident of Behat, Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh). He has been admitted to Kailash Hospital. No complaint has been given yet from any side.
Youth beaten in club, police sent to cancel license
Dehradun: A young man was brutally beaten at Rumors Night Club on Rajpur Road. The accused fled before the police arrived.
