
Gold looted from the house of State Urban Development Minister Premchand Aggarwal’s cousin was recovered by the police from a cemetery at Sardhana in Meerut on the instructions of the accused. This cemetery is about one kilometer from the house of the accused.
Inspector-in-charge of Kotwali Mukesh Tyagi told that on October 15, 2022, there was a broad daylight robbery at the house of businessman Sheeshpal Agarwal located in Doiwala. In which eight accused residents of Muzaffarnagar were arrested by the police. In search of the other two accused involved in the robbery, the police were continuously raiding the possible places. One of the accused, Nafees alias Sapta, had surrendered in the Muzaffarnagar court on June 16.
After the surrender of the accused, 24-hour police custody remand of the accused was taken from the court on July 27. After which Nafees got the stolen goods recovered from the cemetery one kilometer away from his old house near Sardhana in Meerut. In which there is gold jewelry etc. After the recovery of the goods, the accused has been sent to District Jail Muzaffarnagar. The absconding accused Parevaj resident of Muzaffarnagar is being searched.
Gangster on the accused who sold the seized property of PGF-PACL:
Raipur police station has taken gangster action against the gang that prepared and sold fake documents of seizure properties of Pearls Green Fort Limited (PGF) and Pearls Agrotech Corporation Limited (PACL) in Doon. Five accused have been named in this. All five accused are currently lodged in jail.
According to Raipur police station chief Kundan Ram, after the CBI investigation in the year 2015, 348 properties of PGF and 14000 properties of PACL were seized across the country on the orders of the Supreme Court. Some of these properties are also in Raipur police station area. During this, the police came to know that a gang was preparing and selling fake documents of PACL’s Tarla Aamwala lands.
The gang was showing the land to the general public in Tarla Aamwala and is doing the registry of the lands of Aamwala Malla.
In this, five cases have been registered at Raipur police station against gang leader Amit Kumar Singh resident of Doon Vihar, Jakhan and his associate Ankit Verma resident of Danda Khudanewala Sahasradhara Road, Vijay Kumar resident of Ishwar Vihar Ladpur, Vikrant Chaurasia resident of Chakhuwala and Rajesh Aggarwal resident of Sahasradhara Road. The police have slapped gangster on the five accused after the permission of the District Magistrate.
