Officers should solve public problems with positive thinking: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Nainital – Keeping a positive attitude, all officers and employees should ensure to include three points-simplification, solution and disposal in their work culture for speedy disposal of public problems. These instructions were given by the Chief Minister of the state, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami while reviewing the development works with the district officials at Nainital Club.

Strict action will be taken on laxity or negligence in work:

The Chief Minister directed that all officers and employees should ensure to solve the problem at the same level as the problem is there and the level of work should be solved at that level, instead of complicating the problems, with a positive thinking. Resolve work should be done so that the problems and complaints do not go to high level unnecessarily. He directed that strict action will be taken against those who keep the works unnecessarily pending.

Continuous review of development works:

The Chief Minister said that the works going on in the district should be thoroughly reviewed at the small unit assembly level and the officers responsible for the review at the assembly level should be made nodal officers. Giving clear instructions to the officers of the police department, he said that it should be ensured to take action from the same level on the problems from the police post to the Kotwali level. If the problems of the level come to the higher level, then instructions were given to the higher officials of the police department to take immediate action against the concerned.

More self-employment camps should be set up:

The Chief Minister directed that to make the roads pothole free, by September 15, all necessary action should be taken to make the roads pothole free on priority. On the request of Mayor of Municipal Corporation Haldwani, Dr. Jogendra Pal Singh Rautela, he directed the Superintending Engineer PWD to prepare the DPR immediately to make the internal roadways of the Municipal Corporation (which were earlier with PWD) pothole-free. He instructed the officers that self-employment camps should be organized to connect the youth with maximum employment, departments related to self-employment schemes in the camps as well as revenue, bankers should be called compulsorily in the camps so that they could be involved in self-employment scheme. All the formalities including the required forms should be completed in the camp itself. Camps should be organized in coordination with the local MLAs and other public representatives should also be invited to the camps and publicity should be done before the date of the camps so that more and more unemployed youth can take advantage of the camps.
The Chief Minister directed District Magistrate Dhiraj Singh Garbyal to ensure that the DPR for the construction of parking at Kainchi Dham is prepared immediately and sent to the government.
While reviewing the Forest Department, he directed that by not repeatedly objecting to the forest land transfer proposal of development works, it should be ensured to raise all the objections at once so that all the objections can be resolved simultaneously and the development work will start soon. can be done
During the review, District Magistrate Dhiraj Singh Garbyal informed that to increase the economic resources of the district, more than Rs 12 crore has been released to the primary sector – Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries etc. from the district plan. To promote cash and off-season crop production in the district, 261 poly houses are being constructed cluster and self-help groups based on 90 percent subsidy from the district scheme and 186 from the mining trust fund. Due to which more and more farmers will get the benefit and the market for the products will also be easily available to them. Shri Garbyal informed that with the aim of promoting tourism and providing high altitude apple nursery to the farmers, apple nursery being developed on 8 acres in Ramgarh, beautification of Nainital city in traditional style, Astro Village Takula, prevention of Kovid-19 infection. And gave detailed information about the preparations for the third wave etc.

In the review meeting, MLA Shri Sanjeev Arya suggested the use of Van Panchayat land in the form of damaged land for transfer of forest land in development works and MLA Shri Diwan Singh Bisht asked the Forest Department to put all the objections together.
