Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami spoke to Indian hockey player Vandana Kataria, who participated in Tokyo Olympics through virtual medium, and congratulated Vandana and all the players participating in the women’s hockey team for their excellent performance. He asked all the players to maintain morale.
The Chief Minister said that Vandana Kataria’s stellar performance has increased her honor. The Chief Minister invited Vandana to meet him at the Chief Minister’s residence as soon as he came back from Tokyo. The Chief Minister said that a new sports policy is being formulated in the state to encourage sports. In which all possible facilities will be given to the players participating in various sports.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced Rs 25 lakh to Indian women’s hockey team player Vandana Kataria. He said that Vandana Kataria would also be honored with Tilu Roteli Award. The Chief Minister also spoke to Vandana Kataria’s brother Mr. Saurabh Kataria over phone and congratulated Vandana on her excellent performance.
