Uttrakhand Vidhan Sabha’s budget session will see sharp attitude, Congress will surround Dhami

Congress, which is giving strength to strengthen the organization in the state with the booster dose of Nav Sankalp camps, will be seen in a sharp tone in the budget session. With a huge margin of victory in the Champawat by-election, a confident Leader of the House and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is preparing to surround the main opposition party.

The MLAs will be sensitized keeping this in mind that factionalism should not come in the way of the party’s efforts. In this regard, a few days before the session, Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya will camp in Dehradun.
The budget session of the Vidhan Sabha is starting from June 14. During the nearly seven-day session, the Congress will be seen roaring and raining to surround the government. The Dhami government of BJP, which is in power with a two-thirds majority, is going to put forth its agenda in the first budget of its second term.

Congress wants to capitalize on this opportunity in its favor. The biggest problem in this is the morale of the party itself. During the election of the fifth assembly, the Congress had made many lucrative promises to woo the voters. It is a different matter that the people of the state rejected the efforts of the opposition party. The BJP regained power with a two-thirds majority.
Instead of decreasing, the challenge for the Congress has increased. The party did not expect defeat by a huge margin in the Champawat by-election. The success of the by-election has boosted the confidence of Leader of the House and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

After the defeat in the assembly elections, the Congress High Command showed a change in the selection for the posts of State President, Leader of the Opposition and Deputy Leader of the Opposition. Although this did not end the factionalism, on the basis of imbalance, the tension between the MLA and the worker keeps coming to the fore.
In order to boost the morale of the legislators to the common worker, allegations and counter allegations have been made in the state level two-day new resolution implementation workshop on the pretext of defeat in the assembly elections. The party wants to give a message of solidarity through such workshops in the districts before the start of the assembly session.

There is a lot of emphasis on taking the resolve of Udaipur Chintan Shivir on the ground in Uttarakhand. The party wants to give a message to the public through its performance in the session. The party is feeling the strain among the MLAs.
Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya will camp in Dehradun and try to get better coordination with the MLAs from the session. Yashpal Arya said that Congress MLAs will be seen united in the House to bring to the fore the failure of the State Government.
