Municipal Corporation Rishikesh will now select Employee of the Month and Section of the Month every month. The photograph of the selected employee of the month will be displayed on the wall of the Municipal Corporation. A cash prize of Rs 500 will be given to the person who makes a video of people dumping garbage within the city area and makes it available to the Municipal Corporation office with location, date and time. Municipal Commissioner Shailendra Singh Negi said that on January 26, some important resolutions were taken in Municipal Corporation Rishikesh to keep the city clean. In which Employee of the Month and Section of the Month will be selected on good performance every month. Whose photo and details will be displayed on the wall of the Municipal Corporation.
Told that a cash reward of Rs 500 will be given to the person who makes a video of people dumping garbage in the open within the city area along with location, date and time and makes it available to the Municipal Corporation office. Along with this, that video will be broadcast through internet media and projector, so that such persons can be identified and discouraged. Wards which provide municipal vehicles by separating wet and dry waste will be given priority in development works. He informed that a special campaign will be launched for garbage separation. Along with this, it was also decided that salary and honorarium will be provided to the employees till the last working day of every month. A photo and art gallery will also be prepared in the Municipal Corporation, in which the pictures and photographs prepared and awarded from various programs of the city will be given place.
