Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has summoned a detailed report from the officials on the action taken so far in the cases related to conversion in the state. He said that the verification campaign should be continued continuously in all the districts of the state. Strict action should be ensured immediately on getting information about suspicious activity or person anywhere. He also directed to conduct intensive investigation campaign while strengthening the security system in the border areas. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a meeting with senior officials at the Chief Minister’s residence on Thursday.
During this, he directed the officials to run a continuous campaign against corruption in the state. For this, toll free number 1064 should be promoted widely. He instructed the officials to verify Aadhaar cards and other government documents properly while making them. He asked to take strict action against those issuing wrong documents. While giving instructions to continue the campaign being run against encroachment on government land, he said that it should be ensured that the land which has already been freed from encroachment should not be encroached again. For this, officers should visit these places from time to time. He also gave instructions to make a detailed assessment of enemy property and submit its information.
The Chief Minister said that local workers should be given priority in the construction work of government buildings. The cultural identity and traditional architecture of the state should be given prominence in the construction of buildings. Principal Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Director General of Police V Murugeshan, AP Anshuman, Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman and Vice President MDDA Banshidhar Tiwari were present in the meeting.
