The all-party meeting for the monsoon session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly will be held today. There will be discussion in the meeting to run the monsoon session peacefully. The all-party meeting will be held at 4:30 pm. The meeting will be held in the Assembly under the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan.
On the other hand, the period of monsoon rains has stopped in the state. Intermingling of sunshine and clouds continues in most areas. However, people are suffering from the humid heat throughout the day. No significant change in weather patterns is expected in the next few days. According to Bikram Singh, Director of Meteorological Center, there may be isolated showers along with thunder and lightning in Bageshwar and Pithoragarh of Kumaon as well as some other areas.
