Addressed the initiation program organized for newly admitted students in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Doon University as the chief guest on Wednesday. Earlier, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the newly constructed Open Theater and School of Management building.
Inspiring the students, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Doon University is an excellent university, in which you can refine yourself and achieve your goal, for this he taught the students the tricks of living a restrained life. He said that the biggest challenge of student life is to utilize the time properly, this is the moment of your life which will never come back again, so make it unforgettable.
He said that Doon University Vice Chancellor Prof. It is doing excellent work under the leadership of Surekha Dangwal. Continuous efforts are also being made to preserve the folk culture of University Uttarakhand, which is very commendable. For working in the field of conservation, promotion and research of folk languages, dialects and literature of Uttarakhand under the National Education Policy in Doon University, Dr. Nityananda Himalayan Research and Studies Center has also been established.
