Speaking at the launch event, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of strengthening infrastructure in Uttarakhand, especially in border and mountainous areas. He stated that better connectivity will not only benefit local residents but also boost tourism, trade, and emergency services in the region.
The newly launched flight service will cut down travel time from several hours by road to around one hour by air. This is seen as a big relief for people who often face difficulties due to long and challenging road journeys in the hills.
Pushkar Singh Dhami also highlighted that the government is committed to the overall development of the state. He mentioned that more such initiatives are being planned to improve road networks, healthcare facilities, and employment opportunities for the youth.
