Congress is being very cautious about the Kedarnath by-election. Kedarnath Dham has been the place of worship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Modi has also never shied away from showing immense faith in Baba Kedarnath. Reconstruction work in Kedarnath Dham, which was devastated by the disaster in the year 2013, has been Narendra Modi’s priority as Prime Minister.
