Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed displeasure over the problems received in CM Helpline 1905 not being resolved even for six months. He said that action will be taken against officers who do not resolve complaints in a timely manner.
He has instructed to run a special campaign for their disposal by keeping all the old complaints in the critical category. While giving instructions to organize Tehsil Diwas in the state on the same day, the Chief Minister said that he would participate in any district as a surprise. He said that on the same lines, Thana Diwas should also be organized in the entire state on the same day. On Thursday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed CM Helpline 1905 in the Secretariat.
He said that complaints should not be closed unnecessarily. Complaints should be resolved promptly on the basis of no pendency. Weekly monitoring should be ensured by taking necessary action on whatever negative feedback is received on the portal. He directed all the District Magistrates to organize Janta Darshan, Tehsil Diwas and BDC regularly to resolve public problems. Police and administration should jointly remove encroachment and run verification campaigns more effectively.

He also asked to work fast towards making two villages in each district as Adarsh Gram. He praised the Transport, Agriculture, Social Welfare, Excise and Energy departments for doing good work in CM Helpline. He has directed the Public Works Department, Geology and Mining, Revenue, Home and Finance departments to speed up the resolution of complaints.
