A special campaign will be run to resolve the complaints pending for more than 180 days in CM Helpline 1905. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has given instructions to the officials regarding this. On Thursday, expressing displeasure over the complaints pending for more than 6 months, the Chief Minister gave strict instructions to the officials that action will be taken against the officers who do not dispose of the cases in a timely manner. While giving instructions not to force close public complaints unnecessarily, he said that more effective efforts should be made to bring CM Helpline in the best practice of the state. While reviewing CM Helpline 1905 in the Secretariat on Thursday, the Chief Minister directed the officials to organize Tehsil Diwas in the entire state on one day. The Chief Minister will participate in a surprise in one district on the day of Tehsil Diwas. Similarly, Thana Diwas will also be organized in the entire state on one day.
The Chief Minister directed all the District Magistrates to regularly organize Janta Darshan, Tehsil Diwas and BDC for speedy resolution of public problems. The police and administration should jointly run encroachment and verification campaigns more effectively. Work should be done speedily towards making two villages in each district as Adarsh Grams, for this, nodal officers should be appointed in all the districts soon.
