Thousands of students studying in class 11th and 12th in the state will be provided permanent residence caste and other necessary certificates in schools only. In this regard, guidelines have been issued to all the District Magistrates and Chief Education Officers.
The Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami government has taken important initiatives in the direction of good governance. Permanent residence, caste and other necessary certificates will be made available to thousands of students studying in class 11th and 12th in the state in schools only.
Students appearing in competitive examinations and their parents will not have to visit government offices for these certificates. The committees constituted under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate in the district and the Deputy Collector in Tehsil will prepare an action plan for issuing certificates in the prescribed time frame.
Guidelines issued to District Magistrates and Chief Education Officers:
These certificates will have to be made available within two months. Information Technology and Suraj Secretary Shailesh Bagoli has issued guidelines in this regard to all District Magistrates and Chief Education Officers on Monday. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is giving special emphasis on solution through simplification in government work and public services. This step has been taken in the form of ‘Apanu School, Apanu Praman’ on his instructions.
From the district to the tehsil level, the process of issuing permanent residence, character, income, mountain certificates and other certificates has been simplified, so that in view of the competitive examinations, all the certificates are available to them in the schools itself. All this action will be completed within a maximum of two months. Information related to this will be given weekly to the government on behalf of the District Magistrate in each district.
The team will visit the schools according to the date-wise roster. The government has given instructions to form a committee at the district level under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, including the Chief Education Officer. The committee will assess the number of students studying in 11th and 12th at the district level. At the tehsil level, the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the sub-collector will prepare the date-wise roster of the team visiting the schools. In this team there will be data entry operator of common service center along with Patwari or Lekhpal or Kanungo. A time-bound action plan will be prepared for issuing certificates.
Monitoring every week at the district level Personnel Secretary Shailesh Bagoli said that there will be weekly monitoring and monitoring of this program at the district level. Block Education Officer will be included in the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Deputy Collector at Tehsil level.
The roster issued by the committee will be informed to the concerned schools. It will also be given wide publicity. Information about the documents required for the certificates will also be given to the principals, students, parents and local public representatives.
The team will reach the school with Patwari:
He told that there will be daily monitoring and monitoring of this program at Tehsil level. According to the date wise roster, the team of Patwari, Lekhpal or Kanungo and CSC data entry operator will visit the concerned school. After coordinating with the Principal, the necessary fees for the certificate, documents will be sent to Tehsildar or Sub-Collector offices through online or offline medium.
Certificates will be made within a week on receipt of fees and documents:
After receiving the fees and documents, Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional Officer will compulsorily make it available to the Principal of the concerned school within a week, while issuing the certificate. The district level committee will effectively monitor the entire proceedings in coordination with all sub-collectors, tehsildars and block education officers. In the event of any kind of problem arising, immediate necessary guidelines will be given to those concerned at the level of the committee.
