Prime Minister Narendra Modi can address rally in Pithoragarh during BJP’s mass contact campaign. BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt said in an informal conversation with the media that the party, along with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, wants the Prime Minister to visit the border village Gunji and during this time address a rally in Pithoragarh. A request has been made to the central leadership of the party and the Prime Minister’s Office in this regard. As soon as we get permission, we will show it by holding a grand public meeting in the border area.
BJP state working committee meeting in Doon from today:
A two-day meeting of BJP’s State Working Committee will be held in Dehradun from Friday, in which finalizing the outline of the party’s public relations campaign starting from May 30, responsibilities will be given for it. Giving this information, BJP State President Bhatt said that there will be a party office bearers meeting on Friday, in which the working committee will put its stamp on the proposed programs the next day.
Party’s National General Secretary and All India Joint Incharge of Public Relations Campaign Tarun Chugh, National General Secretary and Uttarakhand Incharge Dushyant Gautam, National Vice President and State Co-incharge Rekha Verma, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will be present in these meetings.
He told that the campaign has to be conducted at the Lok Sabha constituency level, in view of this, all MPs of the state have been called to the office bearers meeting and all MLAs, district panchayat presidents, mayors and municipality presidents have also been called in the working committee. He told that to make the public relations campaign more accurate and authentic using new technology, a missed call will also be made from the head of the house on the phone number of the campaign.
BJP will win unopposed:
On the question related to the Bageshwar by-election, he said that the minister late Chandan Ram Das, who was MLA from this seat, has done many works for the development of the area during his tenure and the blessings of the people are going to be given to BJP only. This is the reason why the people of Congress are backing away even from the claim and they are not even getting the candidate. He claimed that the BJP would win the bypoll unopposed. He also targeted the Congress fiercely.
