After the Lok Sabha elections, after a gap of about three months, the BJP’s State Working Committee’s mega meeting will be held in Dehradun on Monday. Apart from Union Energy and Housing and Urban Development Minister Manoharlal Khattar, the party workers will get guidance from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, BJP’s state in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam, co-in-charge Rekha Verma, State President Mahendra Bhatt and other leaders. More than 1300 party officials will attend the meeting. On this occasion, along with the success in the Lok Sabha elections, there will be a discussion regarding the by-elections of two assembly seats recently as well as the municipal elections. Upcoming programs will also be decided.
The meeting will start at 11 am
According to BJP’s State General Secretary Aditya Kothari, this mega meeting of the State Working Committee will start at 11 am on Monday in the auditorium of Graphic Era University. He told that the party has created history by winning all the five seats of the state for the third consecutive time in the Lok Sabha elections. An analysis of the Lok Sabha elections will be presented in the meeting. All the newly elected MPs including Union Minister of State Ajay Tamta will be felicitated. Along with this, the presidents of the booths with the best performance in the Lok Sabha elections will be honored.
A congratulatory motion will be passed for CM Dhami
A congratulatory motion will be passed in the meeting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi taking charge of the country for the third consecutive time. A congratulatory motion will also be passed on Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami completing three years as the Chief Servant of the state. The outline of the upcoming programs including the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign will be decided in the meeting.
