Mukhyamantri Paryavaran Mitra Yojana started for cleanliness
Chief Minister Dhami took important decisions during the review of the Panchayati Raj Department at the Secretariat on Thursday. Mukhyamantri Paryavaran Mitra Yojana will be started for cleanliness in villages. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his Mana tour in the past, had called the villages situated on the border as the first village instead of the last village. For the well-planned development of such first village, the Mukhyamantri Pratham Gaon Integrated Development Scheme will be implemented. To strengthen the economy of these villages, possibilities of development of all sectors like horticulture, animal husbandry, milk development, agriculture, tourism will be explored. Along with this, special priority will be given to remove the lack of basic facilities in the villages.
Gram Sabha Foundation Day will be celebrated as:
The Chief Minister said that some days are of special importance in our villages on religious, cultural and historical grounds. Gram Sabhas will determine such days. Gram Sabha Foundation Day will be celebrated as a festival. On the instructions of Prime Minister Modi, the state government has uploaded its information on the portal of the central government. Like the ‘Mera Gaon Mera Teerth’ scheme in Madhya Pradesh, migrants will also be motivated to come to villages on Gram Sabha Day in Uttarakhand. This scheme is also considered effective from the point of view of reverse migration. The Chief Minister has given instructions to make a roster to celebrate these days.
Master plan for every village:
For the well-planned development of gram panchayats, under the Mukhyamantri Chaupal Yojana, the Chief Minister will take night rest in the villages. Along with public representatives, top officials will also participate in the Chaupal. Officers will be able to face the problems of the villages. Giving top priority to the suggestions of the villagers in the Chaupal, an action plan for the development of the villages will be prepared. The Chief Minister said that this plan would be given concrete shape by the year 2025, when the silver jubilee of the state’s establishment is celebrated. A master plan will be prepared for every village.
Gram Pradhan got 10 thousand rupees:
Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj said that special efforts should be made to increase the economy of the people in the villages. Village heads should be given a fund of Rs 10,000 each for the disaster fund. Special attention should be paid to making chawl-skin in the villages. Additional Chief Secretary Radha Ratudi, Secretary Nitesh Jha, Panchayati Raj Director Banshidhar Tiwari, Additional Secretary Onkar Singh and departmental officers were present in the meeting.
