Today, 77th Independence Day is being celebrated across the country. The tricolor is being hoisted from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Uttarakhand is also colored in the colors of patriotism on Independence Day. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami hoisted the national flag at Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of 77th Independence Day. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also administered the oath of national unity.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami wished the people of the state on Independence Day. The Chief Minister remembered the great heroes who made their supreme sacrifice for the freedom of the country and for the protection of Mother India. He said that commendable work is being done under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take the country forward according to the dreams of the immortal martyrs. Today India is moving forward as a capable, harmonious and powerful India.
CM Dhami saluted the sacrifices
Chief Minister Dhami greeted the people of the state on Independence Day. During this, he paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country. He said that this national festival reminds us of those great freedom fighters who sacrificed everything to free Mother India from the shackles of slavery. As a result of the bravery, indomitable courage and immortal sacrifice of the brave revolutionaries, today we are writing new chapters of progress in independent India.
CM Dhami said this on devastation due to rain
The Chief Minister said that the monsoon is active now, there has been a lot of damage due to excessive rains in the state. The damage caused due to excessive rainfall in the state is being assessed. The Chief Minister has expressed condolences to the people who lost their lives due to excessive rains in the state and prayed to God to give patience to their families. CM Dhami said that we are standing with the families of those who lost their soldiers in this devastation.
