
He said that a teacher not only imparts bookish knowledge but also gives students vision, confidence and values and inspires them to recognize their talents and move forward. The CM said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi efforts have been taken to modernize, implement and enhance the quality of the country’s education system through the National Education Policy-2020 and Uttarakhand was first State in the country to implement NEP-2020.
In his address, the CM asked the parents to provide their children with facilities, time, good values and discipline and to provide positive guidance in every situation.
He exhorted the students to dream big and pursue them with hard work, discipline and determination. Dhami said that one should learn from life’s setbacks and continue to pursue their goals. Difficult paths often lead to great heights.
Former CM and former Union Education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank while remembering his wife, the late Kusum Kanta said that she had a special passion for education, literature, music and social service. He said that education is not merely a means of acquiring knowledge but rather the foundation for shaping an individual’s overall personality and the nation’s future.
