He also announced the establishment of Eklavya Chair at UOU.

IT Academy will be built in Haldwani
The CM also promised to provide financial assistance for the development of infrastructure of Dehradun campus of Uttarakhand Open University and assistance for establishment of IT Academy in Haldwani campus.
