Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that no anti-national conspiracy of the opposition will succeed as long as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is there. He said that Congress forms an alliance with the party which talks about talks with Pakistan regarding Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister is also supporting the manifesto of Congress and National Conference. He appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to make the BJP candidate victorious with maximum votes by supporting him. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday addressed a public meeting in favor of BJP candidate Darshan Singh from Basantpur (Basohli), Jammu and Kashmir. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has progressed as a world power. Today the world awaits India’s stand in every major event. The historic work of removing Article 370 has been done under the leadership of the Prime Minister. Schemes worth Rs 8 thousand crore are being run for farmers in Jammu and Kashmir. 2.71 lakh poor families have been given the gift of concrete houses. Lakhs of youth have been given assistance of eight thousand crores. AIIMS, IIM have been established in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that on one hand BJP is talking about development in Jammu and Kashmir, on the other hand people of Congress and National Conference talk about implementing Article 370 again in Jammu and Kashmir. The leaders of these parties have thrown Jammu and Kashmir into the fire of jihad for their personal benefit.
He said that these parties are doing vote bank politics by scaring people. PDP has done many scams in this state. He said that when there was Congress government at the center, ceasefire was violated on the border every day. Due to this, people of the villages living on the border were forced to live in bunkers. After the Modi government came to power at the center, no one dares to do such a thing. Pakistan, which used to show its arrogance, is sitting quietly today. The army has orders to answer bullets with bullets.
Apart from BJP candidate Darshan Singh, Ranjot Singh, Vinay Ruhela, Mahan Singh and Dr Shweta Singh etc were also present in the meeting.
