
292 Forest Inspector candidates selected through direct recruitment in Uttarakhand Forest Department got a big gift before Diwali. As per the promise of Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal, appointment letters have been handed over to the candidates before Diwali. Also, after allocating the place of posting, they have been asked to take charge after Diwali. The selected candidates were waiting for appointment for a long time, after the instructions of the Forest Minister, the Forest Department issued the appointment letters. On Saturday, on behalf of Chief Forest Conservator Human Resources Nishant Verma, appointment letters were issued to all the selected 292 candidates. After this there is a wave of happiness among all the candidates.
Recruitment was done in the year 2019
Notification for these posts was issued in the year 2019. Written examination was conducted for these posts in the year 2021. But, the exam was canceled due to cheating allegations. In the year 2023, this examination was again conducted in two phases. Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission had released the result and handed over the list of selected candidates to the Forest Department. Despite the completion of the appointment process, appointment orders were not being issued.
Assurance given to issue appointment letter
On October 30, Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal had held a meeting of the candidates in Dehradun and assured everyone that appointment letters would be issued to everyone before Diwali. As per the promise of the Forest Minister, related appointment orders have been issued on Saturday, a day before Diwali. On which newly appointed Forest Inspector Ayush Tiwari, Satish Nautiyal, Pankaj Singh, Sanjay Rawat, Arvind Chauhan, Anjali Dabral etc. have expressed thanks to the officials of the department including Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal.
