During this, while addressing the program, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that 100 days of our government should be dedicated to determination, dedication and effort. He thanked the people for giving them an absolute majority in the general elections. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the people have stamped on the development work done by the state government, our government will definitely fulfill the expectations, aspirations, expectations made by the people. He said that in the last 100 days, many historic decisions and various schemes have been implemented for the development of the state.
Chief Minister Dhami said that as per the expectation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, work is being done with everyone’s cooperation to make Uttarakhand the best state in the country in every field. The third decade of the 21st century will certainly be the decade of Uttarakhand. A new work culture and work behavior has come in the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We are also improving the work culture in Uttarakhand. The state government is working with transparency and with a choiceless resolution. Simplification, solution and dissolution are our core mantras. He said that 1064 has been started to check corruption. No meeting day has been kept in the Secretariat on Monday so that the officials of the government are available to meet the people. District level officers have also been instructed that they will be available to meet the general public in their offices from 10 am to 12 noon from Monday to Friday. Biometric attendance has been made mandatory for officers and employees to come to the office on time.
Chief Minister Dhami said that we are busy fulfilling our every promise. Our government has constituted a committee to prepare a draft ‘Uniform Civil Code’ for the state of Uttarakhand, which will submit its report soon. The scope of this Uniform Civil Code will be equal law for all citizens, irrespective of religion they believe in. We are going to provide three cylinders free of cost to poor families. For this, provision has also been made in the budget. In the last two years, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, we have firmly fought the corona epidemic, while also taking forward the pace of development. Commendable work done by our Kovid-Warriors in the first and second wave of Kovid-19. Along with medical personnel, our government has worked to boost their morale by encouraging and honoring Corona Warriors like Revenue, Police, PRD, Anganwadi etc.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that on the 25th year, we have to make Uttarakhand the best state in the country in various fields like yoga, culture, tourism, for which the state government is working with determination without choice. He said that all the departments have been directed to prepare a roadmap for development works for the next 10 years. He said that under the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission, there is a plan to make the ancient temples of Kumaun grand. The Prime Minister has also been requested for this. Work is being done on Parvat Mala project for construction of ropeway network in hilly areas. He said that the reconstruction of Shri Kedarpuri is the best example of the vision, leadership and determination of the respected Prime Minister. Work is also being done on the master plan of Badrinath Dham. The work on the Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail project is going on in full swing.
The Chief Minister said that as per the expectation of the Prime Minister, we are working with a no-choice resolution to make Uttarakhand the number one state of the country by the year 2025. We are committed to fulfill our every resolution. We can say with confidence that we will build a prosperous and self-reliant Uttarakhand. He said that our government will take forward the development work with the participation of all. Describing Uttarakhand as the center of religious culture, he said that there is immense potential here, we will discover these possibilities and take development on the golden path. He described the government’s response as devoted to the people like a god.
