He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after taking oath, had said that his government is dedicated to the poor and backward, through his unique works, he has fulfilled this resolution.
The Chief Minister said that with the inspiration of Prime Minister Modi, our government is continuously engaged in serving the people of the state. Today, whether it is Jan Dhan Yojana, Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi or the task of providing ration to 80 crore people, the Modi government has dedicated every scheme to the poor and backward. Prime Minister Modi’s vision is that the OBC society should be established in the mainstream of the nation. World-class work is being done in the country from infrastructure to Digital India and the number of highways, airports and ports has more than doubled as compared to 2014 to bring investment in the country. On one hand, our double engine government is moving forward on the path of state development. He said that the OBC community is standing with us for the implementation of public welfare schemes.
The Chief Minister said that our government is continuously working on the mantra “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas” given by the Prime Minister for the development of the country. Everyone’s participation in development is very important. And everyone should get a chance to contribute in the development of the country according to their capacity, whether it is from backward society, dalit society, tribal society or upper caste society.
The Chief Minister said that in 1955, the Kalelkar Commission in one of its recommendations said that the OBC Commission should be given a constitutional recognition. Don’t know how many governments have come since then. OBCs got justice only because of the successful efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the slogan of Antyodaya and is working for the welfare of the poor with Antyodaya spirit. The state government has fulfilled its resolution by giving three cylinders free of cost to 1.76 lakh Antyodaya card holders. The Chief Minister appealed to all the representatives of the OBC community that they should also work to inform the public about the good works of the Central and State Governments.

Strict action has been taken immediately against those who have cheated in the recruitment examinations at the level of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, as well as recruitment scams were going on in the state since 2014 and 15. There was always talk of investigation but there was no investigation. We took a far-sighted decision to conduct a preliminary inquiry into recruitment scams in the interest of the youth. So far 60 people have been sent to jail in this.
The Chief Minister said that our aim is to conduct recruitment examinations in a fair and transparent manner in the state. For this purpose, the country’s strictest anti-copying law has been enacted in Uttarakhand. The purpose of enacting such a strict law is that the youth of the state have a bright future.
