The meeting of the Pushkar Singh Dhami cabinet will be held at the Secretariat on Saturday from 1 pm. In the meeting being held after almost three months, many important decisions including amendment in the Act for reservation in municipal bodies can be approved. In the meeting, decisions will be taken on matters related to various departments including finance, education, health, disaster management, agriculture and farmer welfare, urban development, revenue, women empowerment. Earlier, the meeting of the Pushkar Singh Dhami cabinet was held in the month of March before the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections came into force. The financial year 2024-25 also started during the implementation of the code of conduct. In such a situation, discussion is also possible in the meeting regarding accelerating the budget expenditure in the departments.
