So far, Bharat Health Account (Abha) ID of 62 lakh persons and Ayushman cards of 54 lakh persons have been made in the state. The government aims to make Abha ID for 100 per cent of people and Ayushman card for local residents above five years of age by March 2024.
Ayushman Bhava campaign
Work is continuously being done towards making Abha ID and Ayushman Card in the state. These IDs and cards are being made under the Ayushman Bhava campaign. This is being monitored by the Health Department.
Being aware about health schemes
Along with this, all the people are also being made aware about the health schemes run by the state government. Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that the department is making efforts to achieve the target on time.
