
Personnel posted at one place in the districts for more than three years will now be shifted from here to there. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, in a meeting held through virtual medium on Monday, directed all the District Magistrates to take action for the transfer of such personnel as soon as possible. He asked to focus on improvement of public services in the districts, repair of roads, regular drinking water and electricity supply and fire control in forests. Chief Minister Dhami discussed various topics in a virtual meeting with all the District Magistrates from the government residence. He said that for the speedy resolution of public grievances, Janta Darbar, Tehsil Diwas, meetings of Kshetra Panchayats should be organized and multi-purpose camps should be organized regularly at the block level. Referring to the subject of encroachment, the Chief Minister said that the campaign against encroachment should be continued regularly.
Asked to continue the sequence of sampling
The CM also asked to continue the sequence of sampling of food items in the districts. He said that there is a need to reduce the response time to effectively control forest fires. Referring to the Char Dham Yatra, the Chief Minister said that all arrangements should be made in view of the Yatra. It should be ensured that the control rooms in all the districts connected to the Yatra routes remain fully active. The Chief Minister also stressed on ensuring smooth supply of drinking water in view of the summer season. He also directed that adequate arrangements of drinking water tankers should be made if needed.
Roads should be pothole-free in 15 days
The CM directed all DMs to conduct on-site inspection of the roads and make the roads pothole-free in 15 days. Identify the main problems of your districts and ensure their solution by forming a team of concerned officials for their solution.
