Police have arrested five accused in the case of cheating in the HD examination (Institute of National Importance Command Entrance Test 2024) conducted at all India level by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Among the arrested accused, two are AIIMS doctors, who were hired by the cheating mafia for solving papers for Rs 2 lakh each.
Doon police received information about copying
During the HD examination of AIIMS held at the all India level, Doon Police had received information about the activity of cheating mafia and the students being cheated through unfair means in the examination centers set up in Dehradun and other places. On which Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun formed a joint team of Rishikesh Kotwali and SOG under the leadership of Rishikesh Police Jurisdiction. The team arrested five persons sitting in a Tata Safari from Barrage Road on Sunday 19th. These people were providing solved answers of question papers to the candidates through mobile phones and tabs at the examination center in Kangra, Himachal.
Details of arrested accused
The arrested accused include Ajit resident of Jind Haryana, Aman Siwach resident of Rohtak Haryana, Vaibhav Kashyap resident of Patiala Punjab, Bijul Gaura resident of Hisar Haryana and Jayant resident of Defense Colony Hisar Haryana. Among the arrested accused, Vaibhav and Aman are working in AIIMS Rishikesh.
