India became champion, victory glow seen in Dehradun’s sky

India won the Champions Trophy title for the third time by defeating New Zealand in the final of ICC Champions Trophy. This victory of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Dehradun and the victory glow was seen in the sky. Doon residents burst firecrackers at many places across the city. They also celebrated with great enthusiasm to the tune of drums. Special preparations were made for the final match at various hotels and restaurants across the city. Doon residents also enjoyed the match a lot and also encouraged the team a lot on every ball. With this victory, it became a super Sunday for the people of Doon.
