Uttarakhand is preparing to woo investors globally. The Pushkar Singh Dhami government is preparing to organize the Global Investors Summit in the coming October or November. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being invited to inaugurate this summit.
The State Government is engaged in realizing the goal of a strong Uttarakhand by the year 2025. Work has also been initiated on doubling the GSDP of the state in the next five years. To give a boost to the state’s economy, the government has also started work on the Global Investors Summit.
The summit may be organized in the month of October or November.
Capital investors from India and abroad will be invited to Uttarakhand so that investments can be made in various sectors. This year, this summit can be organized in the month of October or November. The more the capital investment in the state, the stronger will be the economy of the state, along with it new employment opportunities will also increase.
Earlier in the year 2018, the Investors Summit has been held. In this, a large number of entrepreneurs showed interest in investing in the state. The work on the investment proposals received during that period is still going on. Now the expert body McKenzie Global is also finalizing the action plan of the Investors Summit.
R Meenakshi Sundaram, secretary to the chief minister, said road shows would be held in Dubai, Singapore and countries in Europe to invite investors to the summit. He told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be invited to inaugurate the summit.
