At present, in many departments in the state, Domicile Certificate holders are being forced to submit permanent residence certificate, whereas earlier also it was made clear that Domicile Certificate holders do not need a Permanent Residence Certificate. . CM Dhami gave orders
After it came to the notice of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, he took this matter seriously. He instructed the government to take appropriate steps in this direction. In this sequence, Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar Suman issued an order on Wednesday.
Residence certificate not required
It has been clarified in this order that in the government order issued on 20 November 2001, arrangements have been made to issue permanent residence certificates for various works of the state. At the same time, in the government order issued on 28 September 2007, it was made clear that permanent residence certificate will not be required for the original residence certificate holders.
