
Efforts are underway to run a train between Dehradun and Ayodhya on 25th January. Dehradun Railway Station officials are busy in preparations for this. Railways will release its schedule after getting permission from the office of Divisional Railway Manager. Station Superintendent of Dehradun Railway Station Shashank Sharma said that the train can be operated from Dehradun or Haridwar. A decision on this will be taken soon from Moradabad division. All preparations for the operation of the train have been completed. This will provide convenience to the travelers going to Ayodhya.
Procession today, traffic will be diverted
In view of the procession of BJP and Hindu organizations in the city on Saturday, before the Vigraha Pran Pratistha of Lord Shri Ram to be held in Ayodhya on January 22, traffic will be diverted on Rajpur Road and Parade Ground along with many other routes. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will also participate in the procession. The procession will start from Parade Ground Sports Ground at around 10 am and will pass through Kanak Chowk, Orient Chowk, Rajpur Road, Ghantaghar, Paltan Bazaar, Dispensary Road, Darshanlal Chowk and conclude at Rangers Ground. In view of the expected gathering of a large number of Ram devotees in the procession, the police has issued a traffic plan for Saturday.
