
The pilgrim priests of Chardham Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri have invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the occasion of the opening of the dhams. The pilgrim priests on Tuesday met the Prime Minister and Home Minister led by Garhwal MP and BJP’s national media chief Anil Baluni and invited him. The pilgrim priests appreciated the government’s efforts for the plans for beautification of Chardham All Weather Road, Dham, and said that this has increased the grandeur of the dhams. The pilgrim priests said that our dhams from the Prime Minister’s vision are glowing according to the eternal beliefs. This is the golden era of restoration of mythological traditions. The pilgrim priests said that our adorable, give strength to the Prime Minister and under his leadership, India should be enthroned on the throne of developed India. The delegation of pilgrim priests who met the Prime Minister included Pandit Bhaskar Dimri, Ashok Semwal, Ajay Puri, Diwakar Uniyal, Dr. Pradeep Semwal, Laxmi Narayan Jugran and BJP leader Satish Lakheda.

Sports Minister Rekha Arya on Tuesday congratulated the players who won the medal for Uttarakhand. He said that medalist players have waved the Parcham of Uttarakhand in the country. Uttarakhand won silver and bronze medals including two gold medals on Tuesday at the National Games. Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that by organizing the National Games, our state will now be known as the sports land along with Devbhoomi. Important works have been done for the development of sports infrastructure facilities in the state. Play grounds have been developed. This will also provide better facilities to the players in future. He also urged the people of the state to encourage the players.
