While campaigning in favor of BJP candidates in Uttarakhand, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh called Congress a dinosaur and said that it has reached the verge of extinction. Now she has become so old that she is not able to climb the mountain. The Defense Minister said that all the leaders are leaving Congress one by one. Now Congress has become like Bigg Boss house, in which there is new drama every day. He said that India has always been in favor of friendly behavior with neighboring countries, but if any action takes place on India’s border, a befitting reply will be given.
While campaigning in favor of BJP candidate Anil Baluni on Garhwal parliamentary seat in Gauchar, the Defense Minister said that the youth of Uttarakhand have always been ahead in serving the country by joining the army. Modi government has fulfilled the demand of ex-servicemen for One Rank One Pension.
Supporting Baluni, he said that you people are not choosing just one MP, the rest are wise yourselves. After this, he held a public meeting in Lohaghat in support of BJP candidate Ajay Tamta from Almora parliamentary seat and Kashipur in support of Ajay Bhatt, candidate from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar parliamentary seat. Targeting the Congress, he said that corruption was rampant during the Congress rule. Whereas in the last ten years no corruption allegations have been leveled against the BJP government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked to eliminate corruption by opening Jan-Dhan accounts.
