Education and Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has given instructions to terminate the services of teachers and doctors who have been absent for a long time. In a meeting held in the DM office premises, he asked the officials to take action. The minister said, 100% posts in the health department will be filled by November 30. While instructions have been given to the block education officers to improve the education system. Appreciating the efforts of the DM to free the district from begging, he said, the action plan made for this will be brought to the cabinet. Director General of Education Jharna Kamthan, Additional Director of Education Mukul Sati, Director General of Health Dr. Tara Arya, CDO Abhinav Shah, CEO Dehradun Pradeep Rawat etc. were present in the meeting.
