After the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP’s state working committee meeting was held in Dehradun on Monday. In the first session of the working committee meeting, a congratulatory motion was passed on Prime Minister Narendra Modi taking charge of the country for the third consecutive time. Apart from this, a congratulatory motion was passed on Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami completing three years as Chief Servant. The BJP State Working Committee meeting was held in the auditorium of Graphic Era University.
State in-charge accused the opposition of politics of lies
BJP’s state in-charge Dushyant Gautam shared the information in a conversation with the media. He also accused the opposition of doing politics of lies. He said that the party has decided that this lie of the opposition will be exposed. During the meeting, the controversy arising over the Kedarnath temple being built in Delhi was also discussed. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Kedarnath Dham is one of the Dwadash Jyotirlingas. No one can diminish its significance. Talking to the media on the occasion of the BJP State Working Committee, he said that Kedarnath Dham cannot be at another place.
Tribute paid to Kedarnath MLA and martyrs
The Chief Minister also said that the Uniform Civil Code will be implemented in the state before the State Foundation Day on November 9. In the meeting, tribute was paid to the martyrs of Kathua along with Kedarnath MLA Shailarani Rawat.
Workers got guidance from veterans
In the meeting, apart from Union Energy and Housing and Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, the workers got guidance from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, BJP’s state in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam, co-in-charge Rekha Verma, State President Mahendra Bhatt and other veterans.
