A mentally ill person created a ruckus on Triveni Ghat Road. The youth suddenly climbed on the roof of the MLA’s car passing by and started shouting. This created commotion among the nearby people and shopkeepers. This led to a huge traffic jam on Ghat Road. However, police personnel reached the spot and managed the situation with great difficulty. Rishikesh Kotwali in-charge Inspector Rajendra Singh Kholia said that the incident took place around 9 am. He said that the youth who climbed on the car is mentally ill. The parents of this youth have brought him to Triveni Ghat Chowki twice. They say that he also beats up the family members.
