Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has reached Haldwani to attend the Eja Baini Mahotsav. He reached the stage from Nawabi Road in an open vehicle showering flowers. CM was welcomed with the tune of Dhol Damau. Kalash Yatra was taken out in traditional manner. He laid the foundation stone and inaugurated schemes worth Rs 712 crore. During this, District Incharge Minister Rekha Arya, District Panchayat President Bela Tolia, Mayor Jogendra Rautela, MLA Mohan Bisht, Ram Singh Kaida etc. were present. The corporation is to have an agreement with NTPC for this event. A garbage plant will be set up. Charcoal will be made from this garbage.
