Under the campaign Kalanemi being run in the state, the police has started the work of investigation and verification of sadhus in Badrinath Dham as well. In this sequence, the police called several babas to the police station on Sunday and checked their documents. Two babas have been found suspicious, their identity cards are being checked. After the pilgrimage to Badrinath Dham begins, there is a rush of babas there. The police runs a campaign to verify the babas from time to time. Badrinath police station in-charge Navneet Bhandari said that this time 600 babas were verified in the Dham, many of them have left from here. The new sadhus who are coming here are being called to the police station and verified. Two suspicious babas have been found in Badrinath Dham who are said to be from Bengal. Their identity cards are being checked.
