All arrangements are complete for the Assembly Monsoon Session. I expect cooperation from the ruling and opposition parties to ensure smooth functioning of the House. I urge all MLAs to keep in mind the dignity of the House and raise the issues of development of the state and public issues of their constituencies so that an in-depth discussion can be held in the House.
