The mood of the weather has started changing in Uttarakhand. Partial clouds are hovering from the mountains to the plains. The temperature is increasing in the plains, but the weather is pleasant in the morning and evening due to the wind. According to the Meteorological Department, even today, partial clouds can remain in most areas of the state. Yellow alert has been issued especially in the mountainous areas regarding lightning with thunder. The mood of the weather can keep changing throughout this week.
Change will be seen in the weather
On Tuesday, the sun was shining in Doon since morning, although partial clouds also hovered in between. The heat increased in the afternoon and the heat made people sweat. However, the weather remained pleasant in the morning and evening. The sun and clouds kept playing hide and seek throughout the day in the mountainous areas. Light drizzle is also reported in some areas. The temperature is above normal in most areas including Doon. However, the mercury has dropped below normal in the mountainous regions.
Chances of light rain amid partial clouds
According to the Director of Meteorological Center, Bikram Singh, the weather pattern in the state may remain changed for the next few days. Today, there is a possibility of lightning along with thunder in some places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Tehri and Dehradun. Light rain may occur in some areas amid partial clouds.
