In his address on the occasion, the Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that more than 60 thousand programs are being organized by the Union Culture Ministry across the country to organize the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. Such programs of our rich art and culture organized across the country become an inspiration for the nation. The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, our art and culture sector is also coming forward to realize the dream of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. He said that we have a tradition of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Under the able leadership of the Prime Minister, along with making the country safe during the Kovid period, not only did the work of preparing 200 crore vaccines by preparing vaccines on time, but also providing 200 crore vaccines to the countries of the world, this is the greatness of our culture.
The Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is also a military land along with Dev Bhoomi, Veer Bhoomi. Some member of every family of our state is associated with the army. The citizens of the state have a big contribution in the security of the country. He said that for the first time after the independence of the country, the tricolor campaign is being conducted on such a large scale in the country. The target is to hoist the tricolor in every house in 20 lakh houses of the state. Everyone’s participation is being ensured in this.
The Chief Minister said that under the able leadership of Prime Minister Modi, there will be a New India, a proud, glorious India, an India that leads the world. He said that after three years, Uttarakhand will celebrate the silver jubilee of its establishment. In order to achieve new dimensions of development in Uttarakhand in these 25 years, all the departmental institutions are working to fulfill the expectations of the people by setting development goals in their respective areas.
On this occasion, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy said that it has been our tradition to wish for world welfare, happiness for all and move from darkness to light. There is an effort to bring various forms of art and culture of the country before the country and the world. Global events like Amrutam Gamay will be helpful in acquainting the youth with the rich cultural heritage of India.
He said that 100 years of the country’s independence will be completed in 2047. Under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our youth are contributing to the prosperity of the country in various fields during this nectar of independence. With the strength of youth power in the country, the resolve of self-reliant India is also being fulfilled. India should become Vishwa Guru by 2047, this is the agenda of 130 crore people of the country.
He said that youth are being empowered through the new education policy Khelo India Skill Development in the country. By paying special attention to women empowerment through Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, they are being made partners in the development of the country. Women are not only helpful in the economic development of the country, girls of the country are winning medals for the country by performing well in various sports events. We also have a tradition of respecting women. He has expected everyone to be an ally in the campaign of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’.
