Global Investors Conference is being organized in the state on 8th and 9th December. For this, the state government is inviting investors by holding road shows in the country and abroad. It was started by the state government through curtain raiser in New Delhi.
Agreements worth Rs 7600 crore were signed in this program. After this the Chief Minister went on a tour to Britain. Investment agreements worth Rs 12500 crore were signed during the visit to London and Birmingham. After this, during the road show held in Delhi, the government signed contracts worth Rs 19 thousand crores.
At the same time, agreements worth Rs 15475 crore have been signed in the road shows held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The government has signed investment agreements worth approximately Rs 55 thousand crores before the investor conference.
The state government aims to sign investment agreements worth Rs 2.5 lakh crore during the Global Investors Conference. To achieve this goal, the government is now going to hold a one-day road show in Chennai on 26th October, Mumbai on 28th October and Ahmedabad on 1st November.
