On Sunday, on the eve of the consecration of the idol of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated Deepotsav with devotees by lighting 1.85 lakh lamps at the Parade Ground. During this, the entire parade ground was illuminated with lamp lights. The city of Drona echoed with the cheers of the devotees.

Chief Minister Dhami said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the way for building Ram temple in Ayodhya has been paved. The countrymen are witnesses of this today. It has been five thousand 126 years since the birth of Lord Shri Ram, but he is giving his darshan to the devotees in Kalyug.

Traffic jam situation during Deepotsav
Due to Deepotsav at Parade Ground and Shri Ramotsav program at Ghantaghar, there was traffic jam around Chakrata Road, Buddha Chowk, Darshanlal Chowk. However, policemen remained stationed at various intersections and routes to clear the traffic jam.
