There is a festive atmosphere in Uttarakhand also on the occasion of Pran Pratistha of Ram temple in Ayodhya. A grand festival of lights was organized at Harki Paidi by Sriganga Sabha in Haridwar. The entire complex has been decorated with a huge Ramnam flag. Many types of events were organized throughout the day due to which the entire city became filled with joy. In the evening, lamps were lit at Harki Paidi. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami also worshiped Ganga and donated a lamp.
Chief Minister Dhami was engrossed in Ram Bhajan from morning till evening
On the occasion of consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami remained engrossed in Ram bhajan from morning till evening. The first thing in the morning at the CM residence, he recited the verses of Ramcharitmanas in the temple located there. After that he performed Rudrabhishek and Yagya with his family at Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple. After reciting the Chaupaiyas in the temple of CM residence in the morning, he reached the cowshed situated in the campus and served the cow. On this occasion, he said, it is a moment of great privilege for all of us to witness the restoration of the glory of Sanatan culture in the form of Shri Ram Temple under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Said, after a long struggle of five hundred years and the sacrifice of many Ram devotees, I am extremely happy and joyful to witness this grand and divine festival. Ram belongs to every person, Ram is in every particle. There is joy, enthusiasm and gaiety all around on this auspicious occasion. There is a different wave and excitement in the entire world.
The CM called upon the people of the state to keep their homes, social places and religious places clean and celebrate the auspicious occasion like a festival. He also appealed to everyone to inform the future generations about this struggle and the life of Lord Shri Ram. On this divine occasion, he prayed to Lord Ram for the prosperity of the people of the state and the welfare of all the Sanatanis living all over the world.

CM along with his family had reached Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, where he offered prayers and participated in the Yagya. After consecrating the child idol form of Shri Ram in Ayodhya, he also distributed Prasad in Tapkeshwar. On this occasion, he said, today is the day to take a resolution to bring the spirit of justice, morality, integrity, courage, decency and compassion of Lord Shri Ram in your life. Said, as a result of the penance of the saints, the sacrifice of the Karsevaks, the wait of crores of Sanatanis and the strong will of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today Ramlala has been seated in a grand and divine temple in Ayodhya. Today’s golden opportunity has brought great fortune in the lives of all of us.
Everyone stood up after seeing the first glimpse of Shri Ram.
During the CM’s puja at the Tapkeshwar temple, the atmosphere became emotional when the first glimpse of the idol of Lord Shri Ram appeared on the screen during the live telecast from Ayodhya. As soon as they saw the statue, all the people present including the Chief Minister stood at their places and started chanting Jai Shri Ram.
