On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, women of the state will be provided free travel facility in buses operated by Uttarakhand Transport Corporation on the day of Rakshabandhan. Orders have been issued in this regard by Secretary Arvind Singh Hiyanki.
