After Himachal, the Congress is taking the Karnataka elections as an opportunity at the national level and taking lessons from this, the Congress will unite and win the upcoming Lok Sabha elections including Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan etc.
Senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister of the state Harish Rawat expressed these views while talking to journalists. The party will have to decide whether to win the ticket and give ticket to the durable candidate. He said that the election of 2024 will be a crucial one, which will be discussed from now itself. He accused the state government that the pace of BJP’s development work is slow. Farmers have suffered a lot due to unseasonal rains, but the government has not given compensation, let alone compensation, no one is buying tainted wheat. He said on Kerala film that BJP’s politics has been to spread hatred while Congress is against those who spread hatred in the society.
