Apart from this, he asked to deploy nodal officers at the state level for better operation of virtual classes conducted under ICTE. He said that continuous operation of virtual classes should be ensured so that students studying in schools in remote areas can get full benefit of this scheme. In case the departmental budget is not spent on time, the departmental minister instructed the officers to review the budget every month, so that the approved budget can be spent on time. Apart from this, the departmental minister gave necessary instructions to the departmental officers while reviewing Atal Excellence Schools, construction works, posts lying vacant for a long time and promotions, transfers and mutual transfers against vacant posts. He said that the process of transfer of eligible teachers should be started soon with transparency so that the teachers posted in difficult areas for years can get a chance to come in easy way. He said that first of all transfers from remote to remote category should be done, and then mutual, request and mandatory transfers would be done.
