Ramdutt Mishra, who was working on the post of Sub Registrar-I in Dehradun, has been suspended in the Dehradun registry forgery. Looking at the seriousness of the episode and the fairness of the investigation, it can be considered as an appropriate step immediately. Significantly, CM Dhami had talked about strict action in this matter. Now further investigation is being done in this matter.
Sub-Registrar Ram Dutt Mishra has been the first accused in the registry forgery that came to light in Dehradun’s sub-registrar’s office. Inspector General Registration (IG Stamp) Dr. Ahmed Iqbal suspended him and attached him to the office of Assistant Inspector General Registration, Doon.
In Dehradun’s Sub-Registrar-I’s office in whose registry forgery has been found, Ramdutt Mishra has been the sub-registrar there in the past. According to the order of Inspector General of Registration, Sub Registrar Ramdutt is accused of not discharging his duties with integrity. Along with this, it has also come to light that he has also ignored the rules of governance.
In fact, in the year 2016, the book number-eight related to the registries in which fraud has been found was destroyed. This is considered by the higher officials to be ignoring the rules. According to the order, charges against Ram Dutt are of serious nature, due to which he can be given a long sentence. Along with the suspension, the process of issuing charge sheet to the sub-registrar has also been initiated. However, its order will be issued separately.
This is the registry spoof:
Recently, it came to the notice of District Magistrate Sonika that the registries in the record room of the sub-registrar’s office have been tampered with and the ownership has been changed. At the same time, some original records were also found missing. Taking the matter seriously, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected the registry office and gave instructions for strict action. Accordingly, a case has also been registered in the matter. In one of these cases, records have also been found missing from the revenue archives.
