Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami felicitated the best performing students in the Uttarakhand Education Council examination on Thursday evening. On this occasion, he said that acquiring knowledge is also important along with marks in the examination. The intellectual level of the young generation in the state is very high and they are setting new records in both education and sports.
In a program organized at Chief Minister’s residence, the Chief Minister said that this achievement of the students of the state is not normal. Maintaining it is not easy either. Such a benchmark has been set by the students for themselves, which is difficult, but not impossible.
‘Children are the future of the country’:
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the progress of any nation depends on its educated and cultured human resources. Children are the future of the country. In such a situation, it is important that what kind of education and culture they are associated with. The youth of the state not only remain included in the list of top rankers in CBSE, ICSE and other board examinations, but also make it to the top list in all India level examinations like IAS.

The state government is dedicated for the better future of the students. Marks improvement examinations are also being organized in the state. Lack of funds is not being allowed to come in the way of development of education.

Director General Education Banshidhar Tiwari said that whatever be the examination, its results take us to a better place. Honoring the success of the students motivates them to move ahead in life. 100 meritorious students were honored in the programme. During this, many girl students also kept their suggestions.
